The JB10.600LJS automatic life jacket cabinet is designed to store up to 12 automatic life jackets packed in vacuum or foil bags. It comes complete with a central shelf to create two compartments, The cabinets are manufactured using Lloyds approved composites including UV resistant gelcoats to provide long lasting protection in even the harshest environments. The design ensures a high level of rigidity for the relatively low weight with a very effective EPDM seal around the door aperture This is backed up with an excellent IP rating of 56. It has both Lloyds and ABS approvals. The hinges are secured with 316 stainless steel nuts, bolts and washers.

The door can be specified with left or right hinging and features a nylon rod handle to pull the door open to guarantee fast access in an emergency even when wearing gloves.

Please note: for automatic life jackets which are not stored in bags, we recommend using the JB10.600LJ instead as this has hangers inside to air the life jackets and reduce the risk of accidental inflation.
