The JB08LJS automatic life jacket cabinet is fitted with a central shelf for storing roughly 20  life jackets in foil or vacuum bags. It can also be used for storing foam filled life jackets. The exact capacity depends on the model of jacket being stored and additional shelves can be fitted if desired. These cabinets are manufactured using Lloyds approved composites including UV resistant gelcoats to provide long lasting protection in even the harshest environments. This is backed up with an excellent IP rating of 56. It has both Lloyds and ABS approvals.

The door can be specified with left or right hinging and features a nylon rod handle to pull the door open to guarantee fast access in an emergency even when wearing gloves. For automatic life jackets not stored in bags, we recommend the JB08LJ which has hangers instead of a shelf. This helps to prevent condensation.
