The SOS400 Lifebuoy housing protects a 30″ (762mm) Lifebuoy and 30m floating line. They are manufactured using UV resistant polyethylene to provide long lasting protection in even the harshest environments. It has a very slim profile so makes minimal intrusion into walkways and on pontoons.
The design features two interlocking side opening doors to provide fast access in an emergency. The doors feature lifebuoy markings moulded into the plastic for rapid identification and long term durability.
For additional security the doors can be fitted with breakable anti-tamper seals.
The cabinet can be wall mounted, rail mounted (with optional brackets) or pole mounted using a single galvanised post or two GRP posts. The latter allows for the fitting of an additional sign.
