The JB15.400 provides excellent protection to a 30″ (762mm) Lifebuoy, rescue line and smoke marker. It is extensively used offshore on ships and oil production platforms. These cabinets are manufactured using Lloyds approved composites including UV resistant gelcoat to provide long lasting protection in even the harshest environments. This is backed up with an excellent IP rating of 56. It has both Lloyds and ABS approvals.
The door can be specified with left or right hinging and features a nylon rod handle to pull the door open to guarantee fast access in an emergency even when wearing gloves. The 316 Stainless steel over centre catch can be fitted with an anti-tamper seal. Heating and insulation, for both safe and Hazardous zones are popular options. Please ask for details.
