The JB17.600LJ cabinet is fitted with nine hangers to store 54 automatic life jackets depending on type. The hangers provide easy access to the life jackets and help to prevent condensation on them.
These cabinets are manufactured using Lloyds approved composites including UV resistant gelcoats to provide long lasting protection in even the harshest environments. This is backed up with an excellent IP rating of 56. It has both Lloyds and ABS approvals.
The double doors interlock and are held closed with a 316 stainless steel 3 way locking system. This is fitted with a single handle to guarantee fast access in an emergency even when wearing gloves.
Please note: For automatic life jackets stored in vacuum or foil bags it is recommended to use the JB17.600LJS which is fitted with shelves instead of hangers.
