The JB17.750LJ is fitted with 9 automatic life jacket hangers to store approximately 72 life jackets. The exact capacity depends on the model of life jacket. The hangers help to prevent condensation on the life jackets and so avoid accidental inflation. They also mean the life jackets can be quickly donned without having to open any bags.

These cabinets are manufactured using Lloyds approved composites including UV resistant gelcoats to provide long lasting protection in even the harshest environments. This is backed up with an excellent IP rating of 56. It has both Lloyds and ABS approvals.
The two interlocking doors are secured with 316 stainless steel 3 way locking fitted with a single handle to guarantee fast access in an emergency even when wearing gloves.

Please note: For automatic life jackets packed into vacuum or foil bags it is recommended to use the JB17.750LJS which is fitted with shelves instead of hangers.
