The JB02RES electrical safety equipment cabinet is designed to store electrical rescue equipment for MV/HV applications on offshore wind farm substations or on shore use in harsh environments. Inside it can store insulated boots, cable cutters, gloves and other rescue tools.
These cabinets are manufactured using Lloyds approved composites including UV resistant gelcoats to provide long lasting protection in even the harshest environments. This is backed up with an excellent IP rating of 56. It has both Lloyds and ABS approvals.

The design ensures a high level of rigidity for the relatively low weight with a very effective EPDM seal around the door aperture. The 316 Stainless steel hinges are secured with 316 stainless steel nuts, bolts and washers.

The door can be specified with left or right hinging and features a graphite nylon/316 Stainless steel rotary handle incorporating Biomaster (R) anti-microbial technology. It can also be fitted with an anti-tamper seal.  The handle can be opened very quickly in an emergency even when wearing gloves.
