The JB08.750LJ Life jacket cabinets are fitted with four hangers to store 28-32 automatic lifejackets depending on type (not stored in vacuum or foil bags). The hangers reduce the chances of condensation accidentally discharging the life jackets. These cabinets are manufactured using Lloyds approved composites including UV resistant gelcoats to provide long lasting protection in even the harshest environments. This is backed up with an excellent IP rating of 56. It has both Lloyds and ABS approvals.

The design ensures a high level of rigidity for the relatively low weight with a very effective EPDM seal around the door aperture. The hinges are secured with 316 stainless steel nuts, bolts and washers. The door can be specified with left or right hinging and features a nylon rod handle to pull the door open to guarantee fast access in an emergency even when wearing gloves.

Please note: For life jackets stored in vacuum or foil bags we recommend using the JB08.750LJS which is fitted with shelves instead of hangers.
