The JB01 fire extinguisher cabinet by Jo Bird can store one 5Kg CO2 portable fire extinguisher or one twelve litre fire extinguisher up to a maximum height of  939mm. It is ideal for use on or offshore.
These cabinets are manufactured using Lloyds approved composites including UV resistant gelcoats to provide long lasting protection in even the harshest environments. This is backed up with an excellent IP rating of 56. It has both Lloyds and ABS approvals.

The design is very rigid as well as being relatively light in weight and features with a very effective EPDM seal around the door aperture. The nylon hinges are secured with 316 stainless steel nuts, bolts and washers. 316 Stainless steel hinges or vents or hot/humid conditions are popular options. The door can be specified with left or right hinging and features a nylon rod handle to pull the door open to guarantee fast access in an emergency even when wearing gloves.

This cabinet is manufactured in Dubai and is the equivalent to the JB84 which is manufactured in the UK. Please see separate listing
