The JB14EV can store the popular Electric vehicle fire blankets of 6 x 8 metres on RO-RO ferries and car transporter vessels. The compact footprint minimises deck space taken for this vital piece of safety equipment. These are manufactured using Lloyds approved composites including UV resistant gelcoats to provide long lasting protection in even the harshest environments. This is backed up with an excellent IP rating of 56. It has both Lloyds and ABS approvals.
The door can be specified with left or right hinging and features a nylon rod handle to pull the door open to guarantee fast access in an emergency even when wearing gloves. The hinges are made of 316 Stainless steel along with the nuts, bolts and washers to secure them.
