These cabinets are manufactured using Lloyds approved composites including UV resistant gelcoats to provide long lasting protection. The cabinet can be customised with shelves and brackets to provide organised storage of tools, lifesaving equipment and escape equipment. it is designed to withstand the harshest environments. This is backed up with an excellent IP rating of 56. It has both Lloyds and ABS approvals.

The design ensures a high level of rigidity for the relatively low weight with a very effective EPDM seal around the door aperture. The hinges are secured with 316 stainless steel nuts, bolts and washers.

The door can be specified with left or right hinging and features a graphite nylon rotary door handle which contains Biomaster  (R) anti-microbial additive and can be fitted with an anti-tamper seal. This handle makes it easy to gain fast access in an emergency even when wearing gloves.

This model will gradually be replaced by the new JB85.360.
