Usually the introduction of new computer servers and routers is a benefit to a company. This upgrade took place yesterday at the Jo Bird factory in Somerset and will lead to greatly increased broadband speeds which have been an issue in this part of Somerset. Unfortunately the installation hasn’t gone to plan which is causing considerable disruption to our processes including emails/quotes and order raising. It should be resolved this afternoon (UK time) and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this is causing.
