These cabinets are manufactured using Lloyds approved composites including UV resistant gelcoats to provide long lasting protection for a 15-25M Wash down hose (exact length of hose depends on whether it is rubber or fabric covered. It is designed to withstand the harshest environments. This is backed up with an excellent IP rating of 56. It has both Lloyds and ABS approvals.
The design ensures a high level of rigidity for the relatively low weight with a very effective EPDM seal around the door aperture. The 316 Stainless steel hinges are secured with 316 stainless steel nuts, bolts and washers.
The door can be specified with left or right hinging and features a graphite nylon/316 Stainless steel rotary handle featuring Biomaster (R) technology and an anti-tamper seal facility. This is very easy to open even when wearing gloves. It can be mounted on two optional GRP posts if it needs to be free standing.
